These Terms of Use govern your purchase and use of Featherlight Cakes and its app. Featherlight Cakes is a product of NEXLO NEGOCIOS DIGITAIS LTDA, registered in Brazil under CNPJ 61.411.758/0001-07, with its address at Rodovia José Carlos Daux, 5500, Sala 211, Bloco Campeche A, Saco Grande, Florianópolis - SC, 88032-005, Brazil ("NexLo"). By purchasing or using Featherlight Cakes, you agree to these Terms.
1. The product
Featherlight Cakes is the 10 Cake Recipes — a digital collection of 10 homemade cake recipes made with reduced amounts of sugar. It is delivered digitally through access to a web app and/or by email. No physical items are shipped.
2. Price and payment
- The price is $27 USD, charged as a one-time payment. It is not a subscription and there are no recurring charges.
- Payments are processed by third-party payment platforms, which have their own terms and privacy policies.
- Your bank may apply currency conversion fees or local taxes.
- Access instructions are sent to the email you provide once payment is confirmed.
3. Access
Your access is personal and non-transferable. Keep your access link private. The app runs in your web browser on phones, tablets and computers with an internet connection. If you have trouble accessing it, contact support@nexlonegociosdigitais.com.
4. License and intellectual property
All content — recipes, texts, layouts, logos and the app — belongs to NexLo or its licensors and is protected by copyright. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, resell, share, publish or distribute the content without written permission.
5. Food and health notice
Recipes are for general culinary purposes only. They are not medical or nutritional advice and are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Check ingredients for allergies and dietary restrictions, follow safe food-handling practices, and consult a healthcare professional about specific dietary needs. Results may vary with ingredients, equipment and technique.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the page or app, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.
7. Refunds
You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, as described in our Refund Policy.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexLo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of Featherlight Cakes. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights.
9. Changes
We may improve the app and content and update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, with jurisdiction in Florianópolis - SC, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
